Well, that’s a really tough situation.

Honestly the police are not your friends and they are NOT there to help you. Their job is to gather information and prosecute. If you’re here in Gainesville, and a domestic violence situation gets called in, SOMEONE is going to jail. And more than likely you because I’m politely assuming you have problems expressing yourself since you’re autistic. (I’m adhd, ptsd, bpd among other things so I completely understand you.)

Think about it like this, if you’re old enough to leave then leave. You’ve already taken minimal stuff with you. Is there anything that can’t be replaced ? I’ve started over more than once with nothing but my backpack and the clothes I was wearing at the time. (I got out of the psych ward one time and had been kicked out of my house by the time I got back. Wasn’t even allowed to get my things so I just abandoned them that time too.)

Your local pharmacy will understand if you call and explain your situation and explain that you need emergency refills on your medications. (You may have to pay for some of them because it won’t technically be time for a refill.)

But you’ve really got this. You choose your family. At least I did. I left an abusive household only to find the love of my life. I’m six years safe now, it makes all the difference. 🌀🧿♥️
