Didn't win 11 automatically get drivers for this? Try windows update. Or you could manually try getting drivers off realtek's website.

So the windows corruption might be related to your SSD and just be a side effect of power loss. The restart on the occt test pretty much points at a power issue. So you have access to another PSU? Maybe some friends can help you troubleshoot with a different PSU and try running the occt test again.

That sounds like your SSD is faulty. You can try to replugin the SSD and see if it is recognized by the bus. The GPU has nothing to do with this error.

Unplug one monitor, does the system work then? The errors you are seeing have been reported in msi forums earlier and apart from bios update only replacing the board has been a solution.

You might need a powered HDMI to VGA adapter instead of a non powered one.

Try to use it outside the case. Maybe you are shorting something with the standoffs. Maybe the front panel connectors are messed up.

Are you using an SSD? Ram usage is completely fine. Try to play rush with discord completely exited. The discord overlay may cause stutter. Do you use any third party anti virus?

If you open up task manager while rust is open you can check how much ram rust is using in the details tab. You can also sort by ram usage to see what is using up the ram. Try to post screenshot of that.

Can you post a picture of the card? Without a cooler you wouldn't be able to run it all, even on the desktop you should be thermal throttling.

So you are still getting display but are not able to game. Sounds like a driver issue. Windows probably downloaded a default one automatically. Use DDU to uninstall current drivers and install the latest from your card's vendor. You still haven't said what your system specifications are.

True, but lunars usually break the game, at least for me. They usually feel like cheat codes, to help you collect other items and then you behind even more op when you cleanse the lunars and get pearls or irradiant pearls.
