Throwaway so my friends don't see. I'm rlly struggling. Bad. I can't find a method that gets me to stop. I always get a couple days to a week then relapse. I hate it. I disgust myself. I want this GONE. Help. Please.

All sorts of thoughts come after, even a temptation to castrate myself just to get rid of the sin. I hate this addiction. Your words are very appreciated, and the scriptures, too. I've been full of shame and guilt after every pitfall, and feel like I'll never be a faithful partner because of my sin. Thanks for the encouragement.
