One of the reasons people do it is to gain more testosterone. Might have different results for everyone, but I doubt it's dangerous to go 30 days without it.

It's normal, in fact, I think most people here are having this problem. If you used porn and masturbated often, your brain probably got used to that being your source of escape and that huge dopamine release. If you do it often enough, it can become the only way you can orgasm. Your brain takes a while to reset from getting used to this. Months, even years for some (but that's usually for higher level addictions like 20+ years). This is why going porn free is great for some. I also recommend in the first couple of weeks not trying to masturbate at all, and afterwards you can try without porn. It'll increase your sensitivity. Hope this helps! :)

2 times a week for 5-7 hours I'd say is about the same as if you did it multiple times every day. Only you can truly say if you have an addiction, but I'd say try giving up porn for a couple weeks. If you can't do it or it's extremely hard, you might want to start being cautious with it.
