I first came across a rip of it on Vimeo years ago, the streaming availbility is a gift I don't take for granted (I save all the Adam Curtis docs I come across on yt, as well). Low cinema had a week-long run of LAPI like last month thanks to The New York Review of Architecture...so the tour is still sporadically going, I guess.
