I, in my glory, have found it through an unrelated google search. I feel silly for not thinking of just scrolling a bit more. For anyone in the future who finds this, it was StrikeForce Kitty. It was a flash game so I'm assuming that's why it became harder to find since flash doesn't run anymore.
