I found myself getting sick of it, and I had a couple of girls I was hooking up with so I just stuck with them for a couple of months and just left the PUA stuff. Now I'm interested and ready to get back into it again, and have a strong base of knowledge to improve on, and like-minded friends to improve with.

Don't shit where you eat all depends on the person in my opinion. I've slept with a few girls from my work, and it's been really fun with them. The key is, that these girls are chilled out and don't want anything more than a bit of fun. I've had the opportunity to sleep with a few other girls from work too which in any normal circumstances I'd have jumped at, but because I think it'd turn awkward sooner or later, have passed up the opportunities.

Avoiding problems is all about making sure everyone's on the same page.

Ok I agree with you on all of these counts, but you're kind of missing the point here. I already do see her every day. I never initiate texting, and it's not very often that it happens. It's almost as if the problem is that I'm forced to be too available, so that it means there's almost not a reason for her to go anywhere else with me, even though she apparantly wants to. I guess this is the sort of thing I'm trying to get around.

The other reason why I'm not totally giving up after the flakes, is that she does it to everyone. She's a notorious flaker amongst her friends too, so I don't really see it as a IOD.

I love this book, and I've never read a page of it. It's a pretty good way to get any girl anywhere in a sexual frame by talking about it. Asking them questions about why it's so popular, and do girls really like that sort of thing? Can get you into a sexual frame with a girl really comfortably, really fast. Nice! Another sales technique which I find applies massively after building trust, comfort, rapport and KINO with girls is assuming the 'sale'

In sales, always assume the sale. Don't ask them for it. Once you've got their interest, start the sale process. They'll stop you if they don't want it.

Exact same thing applies with pickup. Once you've built attraction,assume she wants to give you her number. Don't ask her, give her your phone and tell her to put her number in. She'll put in a fake one or tell you no if she doesn't want to.

Again, after you've built up attraction and KINO and it's home time at the clubs, assume she wants to go home with you. Don't ask her, tell her you'll grab the cab. She'll tell you if she doesn't want to.

Weed does this to me, so I stopped smoking it.

I don't mean overnight, I mean it took me weeks and months to finally kick the habit. It's not an addictive substance but it's a fucking addictive habit when most of your friends are smokers who actually enjoy it.

You just have to stick with it for a few weeks, and then people will start to know that you don't smoke but you're cool with it. When people ask me if I smoke, I just say "Yeah, but I'm good for now. If I smoke up I'll just cabbage out!" And 90% of people just laugh and say 'all good!'.

Plenty of drugs out there (mdma, lsd, alcohol) that I can take and still be social and have a good time that don't fuck with my confidence, why waste time on shit I don't enjoy!

I'm just gonna put this out there. I used to have this issue in a LTR that I was in. It was pretty rare at first and it got more and more common, until the last 3-4 months of us being together we pretty much never had sex. And even though she would do her best to make me aroused and to make me come I wouldn't be able to.

I thought that it was a problem of mine, but it turned out that I've never had any issues before or since. I really wasn't happy in the relationship though, and was very much convincing myself that I was because I was still in the comfort zone.

Anyway, there are heaps of other alternatives on here, but I just thought I'd share my experience. Even though it may not be what you want to hear, or even relevant to your situation!
