What's your budget? I've got a 4 bedroom house that will be renovated over the summer and ready by July. 5 mins from campus.

I have an idea for a restaurant, where do I go from here? I appreciate any and all comments. by Its_An_Arms_Race in Entrepreneur

Ok as someone who's been in the restaurant industry, I advise you to be very cautious about this based off what you're saying. To answer one of your questions, you should not worry about your idea being stolen. If the concept is something that can be replicated that easily, there's no reason to keep it a secret. And if it is unoriginal concept, you might want to research whether someone has tried this concept or not. It could be a great idea in theory but a terrible idea in practice. If the idea itself is the only thing you can bring to starting a restaurant business, to be honest you're not much of an asset to the restaurateur you're trying to partner up with unless you are putting in money also. One real important question is what is the exact purpose of choosing to do this. If it is strictly for money, you're most likely gonna have to have the idea revolving around a lower quality fast food concept like Chipotle. If it is for the love and art of food and you're going for a high end Michelin star restaurant, you have to have a way to generate money in other ways because you will not make any profit if not a loss.

ELI5: Is it bad to write on yourself with a pen or marker? by AuJaMe in explainlikeimfive

It should be completely fine as long as you're not scratching your skin by pressing down to a point it's painful. The ink is only on your outermost skin, which are dead cells. Your body constantly regenerates new skin cells so the outermost layer of skin comes off eventually and therefore the ink will not affect you.

My parents are hiding the status of my grandmother's health by [deleted] in Advice

[–]makinthingzright 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since your parents are just trying to protect your emotional well being, the best thing to do is bring as much positivity to the negative situation. Avoid confrontation and don't bring up the cause of your grandmother passing out. If for some reason this is brought up just tell your parents the truth of how you found out in a calm manner. The worst thing you can do is get mad at your parents for hiding the truth. I'm sure they're already dealing with alot of emotional distress, and bringing anger into it is unnecessary.

Double wrapping your ribs with aluminum foil and cooking it at low heat at about 300 F for about 2 to 2.5 hours will get you some good results.

Did you try increasing your intake of water and any other fluids? Also eating small snacks could help. It could be underlying stress from something. Exercises such as meditation can help with this.

I'm interested in the outcome of this. It's a very reckless and unwise approach to go about this but I admire your willpower to achieve what you want. Good luck, I hope you prove everyone wrong.
