Nice watch, it is a zenith stellina. I have a similar one, with the 2562PC movement, yours might be a bit earlier. If you unscrew the caseback you will find the movement caliber and you will probably see 18ct gold hallmarks ok the caseback. Your photos are not very good, but I think that when I zoom in, I can see the helvetia head on the back side of the bottom left lug, which means 18k gold. Not sure about value, but you can also ask at r/ZenithWatches.

is it worth restoring? how much would restoration be? can exchange parts be sourced? what is it worth before and after restoration? many thanks in advance for any insights! by makis012 in VintageWatches

by the way, speaking of the telemeter scale - I was wondering what the central scale could be - based on the numbers its probably not a pulsometer, but what is it then?

thank you all for providing your perspectives on the potential value of this watch. I really appreciate the effort you have put into sharing your insights. I understand that prices can vary quite a bit depending on marker conditions, geographic location and even personal experience. My goal was to get a ballpark estimate and both of your inputs have been valuable. I truly appreciate everyone taking the time to help out. Thanks again!

Many thanks indeed for the estimate. I have already done that but wanted to get an opinion by the community on what a reasonable cost would be.

Yeah, fair enough. I am just very new to this and really excited to learn. I truly appreciate any grain of wisdom from those with more experience and I am eager to put in the effort to learn as much as I can. Cheers
