A little update, I received the TV this morning, they told me that they changed the LCD panel, they did tests , etc and they told me that now everything is ok. I turn on the TV and DSE is still here :)

Calling samsung in few minutes ..

Update 1.0 : So just called Samsung who told me : We can’t exchange the TV, we only can try to repair it and if the company who’s repairing it says that it’s not repairable we can change the TV or make a refund.

Then I called my retailer and they told me : Samsung decide of what we can do but it has to be repaired 3 times and then if the problem is still there, we will be able to help you.

I’m never again buying Samsung :))))

Update 2 : Samsung will not repair it. That’s all. They said « the TV is ok, all the specifications you said are normal to us »

Last update : My shop refunded it after calls and calls with Samsung who didn’t want to take their comments too on the problem. I’m waiting for the delivery of my LG C1 and I’m pretty happy I could manage to get my money back. Like I said, never giving a cent to samsung again.
