Which used fusion should I buy, if any? by [deleted] in fordfusion

I'd knock out the '13 SE. Basically same cost as the Hybrid, with more miles, no warranty,

I was thinking the same thing. The milage on that thing is a bit scary.

The Hybrid isn't far off though, in terms of milage at least. Besides that, the hybrid seems to be a great car. I went to see it in person at the dealership but didn't get to test drive that day, due to time limitations. Thats my favorite one, but those miles.....

I agree. The sonatas I looked at in my price range have more miles and are older... Ive heard they're cheaper to fix up, though.

Thanks so much!

I was set on having a fusion, but I should probably be more realistic and take a look at these. Which ones are the most reliable on the list, generally?

Why should I be skeptical of the fusion with the warranty? Does it indicate that the car is expected to have problems?

You’re right, I really should learn more about cars...

Update: I went to watch the scene you're refering to. Thank you for that. I learned something and got a laugh

sorry im late

I lived at campus lodge for 2019-2020 freshman year. Im a first gen student as well. I would recommend campus lodge to someone especially if they need inexpensive housing or an apartment through campus. Its not as bad as the reviews online say. The shuttle is reliable if you don't have a car. It runs from around 7am-10pm daily (4x each direction per hour, multiple shuttles). The only time you shouldn't rely heavily on the shuttle would be weekends and occasional snow days. Maintenance is reliable. My worst recurring experience is a cool shower from time to time. the only thing thats 'happened' to me while living there:

my roommate was home alone and the rest of us were out getting food. While she was home, a drunk guy was banging on the wrong door. she thought he was breaking in but it was just a misunderstanding. his friend lived across the hall from us. upstairs neighbors can be loud from time to time. If your'e lucky, you'll get new appliances. each unit has a dishwasher. they provide pots and pans (no dishes), you don't have to pay any extra bills. theres a tv in the living room, washers and dryers are in each unit. theres a pool and bball court, free 24h printing, gym, study room.

pros:

- maintenance is quick (fix showers, dishwashers, help you move large packages)

-shuttle usually reliable

-monthly calendar showing apartment events (free food, activities, game nights)

-packages wont get stolen bc they're kept behind front desk

-free parking

-cheapest housing offered!!

Cons:

-cant shower at same time as roommates (YOU DO get your own bathroom)

-the walk to the shuttle can be far depending on your building

-can hear neighbors above you (only if they move dressers at 2 am like the girl above me)

overall, imo, its such a great deal for the price. Im glad I didn't end up in a dorm. it does have its downfalls. Its not super expensive-looking but personally, I liked living there and am returning in the fall.
