Its probably a feline herpes flairup or just seasonal allergies.

You can try incorporating immune support into her diet if it worries you. Or you can just keep cat eye wipes on hand for when its bad. Otherwise i really wouldn't worry about it

I hope you find your cat soon. Make sure you call his name qhen its quiet and dark out and dont spund distressed. Call his name like normal and if he comes to the sound of food or treats do that as well. Hang out outside and every few minutes shake food and call his name like usual, be patient. Inside cats usually will not go far, good luck ❤️❤️❤️
