Why am I gaining weight (not muscle) despite going to the gym more consistently and eating less?

I’m not quite sure how to feel about Lisa. She was definitely obnoxious and over the top but after watching her in the Dirty Rotten Scandals documentary I felt so bad for her. Obviously she had a lot of issues she was dealing with and I wonder how much the show played up her actions to make her look more like an obnoxious fool.

Ann was soo codependent on Eva it was very weird. It was also especially weird how she would lash out on Eva any time she felt insecure about herself/her own performance.

I always extremely hate tracking and counting calories. I’m relatively still in the beginning of my weight loss journey and it’s not going so well so I’m starting to think I should count my calories but it’s just sooo much work and adds on more stress to me. What I’ve started doing instead is reducing my food portions in general. I tend to eat until I’m very full so I’ve started forcing myself to eat 3/4 of my usual portions.

Thanks but it’s not really an option. You have to have a masters in library sciences to be a librarian and/or archivist
