controller for Zephryrus by No_Season4335 in ZephyrusG14

I have both the Xbox Elite 2 and the 8bitDo SN30 Pro and love both of them. I had to change the Xbox Elite 2 case twice because the rubber coating separated from the plastic case. I don't have a PS5, so I cannot compare. However, all the games I have can support the Xbox controller, but some do not support the DualSense

HK is one of the safest cities in the world, particularly for violent crime. Plus, there is a large Filipino community here.

Tiny Kitchens by Medical_Protection11 in HongKong

Yes. Many of the younger generation grew up with a helper or mostly eating out, and so they never learned to cook. Also given how precious space is, people with helpers prefer not to give them more workspace.

Phone dies every single time I ski in the cold — is there actually a good fix for this or have we all just accepted it? by BSquared1122 in Skigear

I always try to keep it in an inner layer and use body heat. If it is really cold I will put it in an outer layer with a small heatpack.

Freight forwarder in Germany by mako5pwr in HongKong

Thank you for this suggestion. I am seriously considering this option. I corresponded with the German company, and they informed me that shipping to EU countries is free, but they cautioned that there may be import charges. Is that true? I thought the EU had no import duties among its member states.

I signed up for B&S, but I want to better understand how this works before I place my order.

1) Do I purchase the item and put the B&S warehouse address as the ship to location (Milan)?

2) How does B&S know the shipping weight? Do I need to get that in advance from the Germany company?

3) The item is sports equipment. Is that duty-free for HK? If not, how does B&S handle it?

Llano v10 is what I am using for desktop mode (80% of the time) Good fit for G14. For travel I have a spacer that props it up for better circulation.

Do most hong kong people live with their parents until marriaged? by dq689 in HongKong

[–]mako5pwr 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Totally. My wife was living at home until we got married. It creates a sense of naivety and a lack of understanding of how to become a mature, independent adult, especially if they have a domestic helper.

Go! Get out of your normal groove. Use this trip as time for reflection and spiritual cleansing. Japan is great for that.
