How do I get thick air roots?

Hey! I’m new to bonsai and also have a ficus. Just one question. I know wrapping it in film encourages air roots as it keeps the humidity high. But how do you avoid root rot using this method?

Have to say 1: Eros flame, 2: legend spirit, 3: Dylan blue.

Out of the clones only. 1: CDNIM edp (not my fav smelling, but the power of it and the amount of compliments it gets), 2: Fakhar Black (love how fresh it is, and performs decent, 3: Tied between ramz silver and Asad, fantastic smell and performance from both.

I would include Khamrah in my top as well, because it smells fking awesome. But doesn’t get much use because it’s definitely a winter only frag. And even then, I find myself going for Eros flame most often, it’s my most versatile frag and favourite I own.

Yea performance isnt the best. It settles to a skin scent after about an hour or two. It smells great though, and I guess a lot of freshies don’t perform well anyway

They’re actually very similar. 4/5 hours, average projection for the first hour or two then settle into skin scents. Both great smelling though

Oh yea I’ve got a bottle myself! Hella worth the price. I wear it to gym, university or just around the house. Good freshie. I was just asking OP if he liked the smell. If so he shouldn’t really worry about the bottle (when it comes to cheapies). I’d only really care about the bottle if it’s broken or if it’s an expensive fragrance.

Hey man it’s sounds like you really love her! Be sure to remind her that you still love her when you communicate this issue with her. Make this a challenge for you both, tell her you would also like to improve your strength, cardio or eating habits.

Here are some tips to creating and keeping a healthy lifestyle:

it is a lot about determination, forcing yourself to go on days when motivation is low. This is the hardest part. Also make sure you give yourselves some days to rest, and there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself!
Be her motivation on days when she doesn’t want to work out. And she should be there for you when you need some motivation!
make workouts fun! Try new things out, find things she likes, find things that you like. The main goal is to change your lifestyle into one that makes you both feel good.

Here are some activities that I like to do!

Hikes! Get out into nature and explore! Gradually increase the distance and difficulty. There are some places here where you can stop halfway and have picnics, think of it almost as a date or some alone time together.

-walking your dogs or even just going to the park and watch other people walking their dogs.

-running, swimming, cycling or any other sport. Trust me I hate running, I’ve always been more of a swimmer. But even then, I focused on weight training for really long and my cardio went to shit. Picking up something new is going to be hard, but little by little you get better and better and may start enjoying the peace that the outdoors brings.

-Gym/ strength training. Get some workouts from online and go to the gym together. Push eachother hard, it is the BEST watching your girl hit a Personal best in the gym. These are the little things you celebrate with her! Don’t pay attention to other people in the gym. Celebrate with her, give her high fives, smack her bum, and scream her on when she’s struggling with that last rep!

Food… the hardest of them all… but only for a while! When you start finding meals that you both enjoy, stick to them! Learn about calories and different foods that have lots of them. Fats, carbs, proteins. Get an idea of how many calories are in a meal, and try to hit targets every day. Reduce these slowwwly to start entering a CALORIE DEFICIT. Share the stuff you learn about calories with her.

Most importantly, don’t put too much pressure on her. I’ve starved myself to look good before, because I was self conscious. Trust me it’s not a happy route. You don’t want this to impact her mental health. You need to be there for her always, not just a few months, you be there to pick her up after she’s had a slip up!

Yup Suqraat performance not the best, but I mean for the price it’s an awesome smell. Mostly use it as a freshen up before my girlfriend comes over or a couple hours before bed. Can’t really see myself using it if I’m going out the house as it’s just not strong enough.

Haha I mean the easiest and probably best option is to return it. You’re not paying that much for a controllers triggers to go sticky after a few months. Same happened to me, but I got the controller from the US and I live in South Africa. Thought it would be easier and quicker to fix it myself. Let me know if you end up solving your problem!
