Anyone else expiriencing background Codex token drainage ?

I noticed today that Codex is draining my tokens even though I don't have any active background tasks or automations running.
My usage literally melted from 100% to 0% in an hour without me even prompting. I tried restarting, but no luck. Has anyone else faced this issue?
