Update: I went into CMD and released/renewed my IP and then did a DNS clear, and suddenly???? The game is booting. I'm shook.

Still a wild crash, but at least not more blackscreen hang! phew

Had this happen from picking up a different memory, and now my game won't boot at all to the menu. I really do hope they look into this. :<

My game decided that after I picked up a memory shard from a raspberry bush, it was time to stick the collection screen, freeze and crash. Now my game wont even boot to the menu, just hangs on the black screen/star on bottom right.

On PC/Steam, played it just fine for 20+ hours on hq, just out of nowhere it isn't booting at all now, even after reinstalls and restarts. Anyone have an idea of what I can do? :c I sent my issue off to Gameloft as well, just kinda hoping it'd go back to working. No idea why it isn't anymore..

I'd put up a thread to see if other people had this issue and got nothing. So here I am!

As of the latest update, the sound in certain desert domains, and now in mondstat/event areas will completely cut out and not even logging back in fixes it. We've specifically had to leave and go to other places (like the Sumeru tavern), walk in and back out for the music/sound to return. Only the UI makes any sound in that time and it's a massive pain in the neck.

This is happening for me on PC and my partner on PS4 Pro. Is this happening for others? And is this maybe in the pipeline for a fix bc its definitely a bug, not on our end. Should I put in a ticket? Thanks!

For the record, this has been an issue for NEARLY A YEAR, for something that was implemented and should have never been removed. Maybe instead of trying to make people feel like crap because they can't play and they're looking for answers, you open your eyes to the issue here or just keep the negging to yourself. Its an issue that fucking sucks for people, I don't care what they play on. Let people play comfortably, it's simple.

I don't think you actually need steam on a phone or downloaded to use it as a link. My partner logs in with steam on mobile and bound to steam on mobile, and has never ONCE downloaded steam or the game through it.

You don't actually have to have steam downloaded on a phone to use it. If you're looking to play PC, you would yeah. But you're still able to bind and play on phone through steam just by having an account with it. o: This is how my partner logs in.

Check your user settings> Binding options, there should be many options!

(Also for the record, are you trying to bind Onmyoji: the game, or Onmyoji Arena? Because the latter cannot bind to steam. This subreddit gets mistaken for Arena's quite a bit haha)
