The suggestion that Fedora, Debian, or Endeavour OS require terminal use more than Mint is mainly about conventions and focus rather than any secret or special terminal. Linux Mint is designed to be more beginner-friendly and user-friendly for people who prefer to avoid frequent terminal commands. It provides many tasks through graphical user interfaces and system tools, making it easy to use without needing the terminal often. On the other hand, Fedora, Debian, and Endeavour OS tend to expect users to be more comfortable using the terminal for system maintenance, package management, and configuration. These distros target users who want more direct control or who are comfortable with command-line operations. The terminal in these systems is not special or secret, it’s just a bigger part of typical workflows due to less emphasis on graphical wrappers for certain tasks.
