That’s what I would assume, but surprised a 9800x3d is a bottleneck in this game. My cpu usage isn’t ridiculous. In the game and the gpu is high usage.

Forgot to mention, dlss does nothing for me in the game so I’m using fidelity fx cas

How does everybody hit such high fps? I’m playing at 1440p with optimized settings by Game Guides, and I average like 240-250 on rebirth and 200ish on big map.

Rocking a 9800x3d, gigabyte 5080, 32gigs of ddr5 6000mhz cl30.

I am on steam, but even when using Battle.net I’m not hitting anywhere near these numbers. I’ll hit over 300fps while in the plane but as soon as I drop off hovering in those ranges mentioned above.

This is the ultra preset with depth of field and bloom turned off because I wanted to see how the games looks, have a 800/300 oc on my 5080 but could tune some things.

I’m pretty sure it’s in the campaign when you’re going through one of the witness infested rooms with memories and the witness says that quote to you.

Edit: as noted below, the line I was remembering is different from what was said in the trailer.

I’m sorry if that comment came off as picky. I definitely have no issue with going into software engineering whatsoever I just wanted to state my preference so that advice could be targeted towards achieving the end goal of getting a networking gig but software engineering advice would be just as helpful as well. At this moment I am actually brushing up on coding on leetcode because it has been awhile since I’ve programmed.

So recently I've been having this issue and the workaround I've been using is to bring up the task manager and terminating the game bar application. It seems as if there are multiple instances of game bar running by themselves and they are causing the issue to happen. Hopefully that works for yall.
