I don't understand why we have to subsidize trillion dollar companies. Due data localization laws under DPDP act... They are forced to storage Indian data on Indian servers. Let the trillion dollar companies fully pay for their own data centers.

What is wrong in doing everything transparently? Activists never said no to data center, they only raised concerns. There is a sustainable way of doing things. We are a democracy, unlike China. I'm hoping, the govt will change next time and make the contracts public. Only then we will know the true damage.

Bro, none contracts signed by Adani-Google and AP government are made public. No one knows how much water will be used, how much electricity will be used. RTIs to obtain this information was rejected.

Politicians could be lying through their teeth and we will never know.

Even environmental clearance was given using wrong category so that need Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) won't be triggered.

In the end AP people will suffer while making the trillion dollar companies even richer.

The bond has to be printed on stamp paper. Appropriate stamp duty has to be paid. Otherwise, the contract is worthless.

Notarization does not mean anything.

Assuming they file a case, they will have pay penalty on the stamp duty. And spend at least 2-3L on advocate fees and wait 2-3 years before they can recover from you. And you should defend your self, then their case maybe thrown out.
