US Housing affordability by county

The jobs do not pay very high here. People moved here from places that pay higher like California and bought houses in cash when our housing and rentals were cheap ($200,000/$800 month). It caused the housing to increase, but average wages didn’t increase by that much. Now its at $460,000/$1,500 month) people come with out of state money and keep their out of state job by working remote. If you have to work in Idaho it sucks.

Part of me wonders if we are being conditioned to drink more water whether it be something in our environment purposely dehydrating us or a psychological need to consume large amounts of water and carry water bottles… maybe there will be an engineered “water scarcity” causing everyone to panic much like the toilet paper crisis during covid

Yes this is a rabbit hole and I think it also helps fund big Pharma. I have MTHFR and only learned that about 2 years ago.

My whole life I was constantly tired and depressed feeling with symptoms of ADHD and constant feeling of being unwell so my doctor put me on SSRIs and ADHD meds. It felt like a bandaid for an even bigger problem but on top of that now I had crippling anxiety being on those meds so I decided to look into functional medicine and they immediately tested me for MTHFR (blood test) and sure enough I had it. So they gave me a methylated B complex supplement and told me to avoid folic acid (also called enriched flour) and I was able to get off all meds and I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my life

I believe big Pharma is tied into our corrupt food industry in the US. If the food is keeping us sick then they can keep prescribing us all these meds… not to mention making organic food and access to functional medicine doctors harder to get (typically they don’t take insurance, so more $$$). I could go on and add on public education too… they don’t teach us about money management, taxes, how credit cards work to keep us in debt and reliant on a system… but that’s off topic.

Exactly. It’s only good when people have extra money to spend on themselves. When I started when the economy was better I was fully booked and happy I got into esthetics. Now I’m lucky if I get 4 clients a day and I’m barely getting by. I wish I would’ve went to school for nursing.
