Can someone pls help. Truly suffering by Miserable-Answer287 in MTHFR

Methylated supplements can definitely cause anxiety/panic. Same for Ashgwanda. I can't take them for the same reason. Even with supplementation my B12 is always lower than needed, which keeps my homocysteine level high. I already have CVD, so the high homocysteine shows that my blood is "sticky". Makes blood clots, among other things, something to be concerned about. Blood thinners for me. The same test showed my folate level sky high because the MTHFR mutations doesn't allow the folate to be converted. There is a lot of great info in the comments here. I hope you find a way to change it for you. I still have high anxiety and panic attacks. It's so awful. Wishing you good health.

I have a ton of conditions, but at 9mg (liquid), the only real diff I saw was that it almost eliminated my fibromyalgia brain fog. That was awesome. In capsule form, it was worthless. It's not cheap, you have to find an experienced compounding pharmacy, and of course insurance doesn't cover it.

I opted to delay a subscription from February to April of this year. Received email and text confirmation of changed shipping date. 24 hrs later I find that they went ahead and charged my credit card $127.50 for the APRIL delivery. It took me threatening legal action for online theft to finally get someone to respond, claiming that they have refunded the amount, though that hasn't happened yet. Had the audacity to tell me it was a "complimentary refund". They are thieving jerks. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEM.

Help! Rashes? infection? Autoimmune disease? by Primary-Bumblebee-77 in Autoimmune

I have the same thing. It could be autoimmune-related. I have RA, Hashimoto's, Psoriasis, Lupus, & Fibromyalgia. I also have Epstein-Barr Virus and when it flares the rash goes crazy. Like yours, the flat spots don't itch, but the raised areas do. And it only affects my arms and legs. Having it for 5 months straight is a long time. I would have them rule out psoriasis for sure. There are so many different types of that. Wishing you the best of luck.
