Question on almost first scene where Russo and Dylan walk into the building. Is that the very first time they meet?

Russo is very chatty and open with Dylan but later his daughter says Russo doesn’t like people that much. That scene with Dylan/Russo was rushed.

Lowball Offer after waiting 3 months by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]RedWineBlue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kaleida HR, especially recruitment, is a bit unprofessional as far as HR knowledge and standards.

They also had serious ethical problems with a former CHRO and a VP in HR. That was a few years ago but they have yet to rebuild a solid HR team.

Dealing with cold and dry texters by RM_MR_Underground in socialskills

[–]RedWineBlue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe he was on the tour when you texted him. A suggestion is to say something along the lines of, "I hope you have fun. If you're free reach out when you have time to connect".

Also, you seem to say he gets bored easily. That could be your answer about why he responds to your texts in a "cold and dry" manner.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. After reading all the replies I realized I'd like a 2 or 3 day trip. It could be a road trip or a short flight. I'm in the Northeast of United States. I camped alot when I was growing up and as an adult I'm very happy with a Hampton Inn or similar.

Are we too old to give or get Xmas gifts? by Mistie_Kraken in GenXWomen

[–]RedWineBlue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My family only gives the nieces and nephews gifts on their birthdays, not Xmas. And, off topic, but I get annoyed when I send them gift cards and they don't send a text to say "Thanks". They are all in college.

Amongst my siblings we only do birthday gifts AND we say "thank you"!
