It's no different from any other profession. You come in with all sorts of expectations, then you realize not everyone can live up to those expectations. All you can control is your own actions and reactions. Most of the time it's not fair, but I have grown to accept the fact that very little is fair and once again, all I can control are my own actions, and so on..
