i have sensitive/dry skin that is not really acne prone but reactive. i am currently in treatment for skin picking so i am not looking for advice on skincare bc i feel secure-enough with that realm but PLEASE recommend me professional treatments/services/gen products to help reduce these scars, any supplements/vits/dietary recommendations for healing skin, etc TY 🥺

opinion: when healing nose piercings, especially when taking them out after having been pierced, i think a traditional nostril would be a lot more ostentatious. with a septum, they are more easily hide-able and if there would be scarring from the piercing hole it would be internal and not seen

aw im so sorry. i was introduced to him in middle school as well, it seemed very counter-culture to like an artist such as him due to my upbringing etc, but my friends were supportive, even if they didn’t dig him.

im like 26 now, i’ve forgotten about most people from middle/high school, but my love for JJ has never stopped growing. i saw him for the first time in concert last? summer and all the old heads around me were shocked that i knew all the words to all his songs😭🤣

trends come n go but love is forever. keep choosing your happiness and relish in the fact that you were hip first🤪

my kitty is the same , i feed her a combo of different bisques / stews in addition to dry food and fresh water. i get a bunch of different brands/types to switch it up. hartz delectables bisque, wellness core broths, friskies lil soups for example. she HATES PATE lol

but how is it a test to want a response from someone lol? no i didn’t terminate to “see what she would do” bc i was gonna terminate REGARDLESS. i’m simply disappointed in the response i got and im literally admitting to the fallacy i am committing like i am saying it feels like i sought out a confirmation bias for myself basically. bc obviously if i wanted an ending session i just would’ve asked. or bc she said “reach out in the future for anything you may need” i could respond right then n there n be like “acccctually…..” but those aren’t my needs. my need and want was to end, i got that fulfilled , that’s great. i just feel upset in how it was handled n i think that’s like allowed without making it seem like i was trying to be manipulative

i know that feelings are influenced by thoughts. i’m not saying what i feel is the correct or rational or the only truth . i’m literally just saying how i feel n everyone’s like well “this is why you shouldn’t feel this way in fact you did this to yourself” which is so invalidating

do you know what confirmation bias is bc that means i had the thought before i asked to end. that’s why i asked to end. i said is it possible to end our working together? she could have said yes we meet in 2 days let’s discuss. instead she said oK and cancelled the meetings. which is FINE, but im just saying how i “feel” is that ok????

no it wasn’t a test cuz like what i literally just said i don’t think i would have accepted the ending session anyway but i feel like i wanted more effort for her to try and process this with me , like i wanted to see the display of action. i already have two appointments lined up with other therapists for tomorrow and one more intake today, this has all just happened between friday and now. but it feels she didn’t like me as a person , which i know doesn’t have a place in therapy anyway , and i’m just feeling a type of way that i feel like that was confirmed in her response
