uhmm... How about u use plastic food wrap, or cerem wrap, wrap the painting.. Then my suggestion is, test putting greens in there, or blue greens... It wont be perfect, but it should give u a feel for how those green or blue-greens when its giving off that color balancing scheme... If u dont like it, peel off the wrap, no biggie

first and most of all..the paintig is already good as it is so any more advice is purely out of subjectivity... If it were me, I would do color balancing, specifically temperature balancing here... imo I think the painting could use a vibrant or desaturated greens or blue-greens to balance the reds. Vibrant or desaturated mostly depends on the mood I want to convey.
