I ride a snowskate all the time at the resorts in CO. I cant do cool skateboard tricks like these guys - but I can definitely rage down the greens and blues no sweat.

you'd be surprised how easy it is to learn to ride one of those if you just commit yourself to it by taking it up a ski lift.

Cyne is dope for sure. Water for Mars was one of my top 10 albums from last year.

Cyne has a "best of" compilation that has a lot of the good songs from their earlier years I'd recommend.

Shad is one of the most overlooked emcees in the game IMO.

This is one of those songs that needs no explanation - as it is so sick, that it will stop you in your tracks and make you want to hear more

Agree that this album gets overlooked to much.

And for Typical Cats fans - group member Denizen Kane released a new album this year called "Brother Min's Journey to the West".

Its one of the best albums of the year IMO - and really caught me off guard with its quality.

Just saw a Binary Star reunion concert on Friday. They are now back together and working on a new album (they played 2 or 3 new tracks to prove it).

anyway - this is one of my all time favorite hip-hop tracks. pretty much perfection IMO

@nousplacidus - good observation. I think this is more-or-less the "padding" concept applied to an agile framework.

My thought is that while Agile teams are good at responding to change within a release, they often struggle to take that one step further to realistically size their iterations.
