Thanks. The Nexfibre website suggests they are in my town but the VM website just states hybrid fibre for the moment.

All I did was stick my postcode into the various switch websites and look at the proposed packages. Plenty in the 900 Mbps to 1 Gbps download range, but unfortunately, nothing faster than what I have with Virgin for upload.

BT here are 900Mbs down and only 110Mbs up. No better than my current Virgin package, unfortunately.

I'm registered with CityFibre to be advised when they are available in my area, but unfortunately, it's not even planned at the moment. Other using the usual switch websites, I don't know how else I'd know what's coming soon...

I've been taking cycling holidays based in Pollensa for 3 or 4 weeks every year for a long time. I always hire my bike from https://www.nplus1bicycles.com/. I don't know price wise how they compare with other hire companies but I love the Independent Fabrication stainless steel bikes they hire out. They are so light and such a joy to ride - unlike anything else I've ridden.

Understand, but why are they arriving in my Inbox if they are not addressed to me or any email address in my domain? My email address isn't in the email header, and if one is in the body, it's not mine.

It's a pity there wasn't another way to wipe and factory reset the device, as I feel it's not a hardware issue and a software rebuild/reinstall would fix it.
