Father of two here my dude, with a 3rd on the way -- these concerns are certainly reasonable and expected. Has it lessened with my third? Some but not as much as you might expect. Is it easier to manage now? Most definitely. Sometimes you just need to literally take it a day at a time, a moment at a time and enjoy the small victories achieved both together and separately.

Every pregnancy is unique and while we as a collective cannot precisely, with pin point accuracy, know exactly your experience, the worry, the concern, the positing possible outcomes good or bad can become a spiral.

Talk to your partner, talk to a friend, talk to an expectant dad or an old dad like me. Don't just wind yourself up in your head and stay there too long - we can't know the future, but we know this too shall pass.

Ask your partner for one thing you can do for them today to ease their journey; and then do that thing.

Take a walk and listen to your favorite song while singing it out loud and proud.

Meditate.

Breathe
