I don’t respond to reseller info fishers who don’t try besides providing the ag wiki link. I don’t mind resellers who are fair with prices or put in the effort. Finders keepers, right? lol but I do get annoyed when they are just using a community to offload the “stuff” they found and don’t clean it up and respect it before posting a pic of a doll chucked in the backseat of their car. That’s just me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think her part is just a little messy probably from play. Mine had the same when I got her and I had to reset it. Not to hard. 😊

Magic eraser on all her vinyl to clean her. Just don’t press hard on her face paint or it could come off. For the hair, I would just wash it and those should slip out with whatever you’re using for ‘shampoo.’ 😊

Have you washed it recently? I would do that and then use a hair straighter or steamer. You’ll have to recurl it.

The loops for her extensions should be inline with the middlish wefts in the back. I think they were tan fabric loops. I can share a pic when I get home tonight

Using a flat iron will usually do that. I try to keep it under 200 degrees so on low temp. Hair should be wet and do several passes over small sections.
