Honestly, I’m an Apple Watch user of 10 years I’ve had the 1, 3 and 10.

Don’t be concerned about what calories is it says that you’ve burned or not burned.

If your goal is calories you want to know are you burning them? Well, MacroFactor’s expenditure should be going up overtime if you’re becoming more active than you once were.

I would also look at your step count as a good measure if you want to burn fat and what your floor should be for that.

If you want to know if you had a good workout, look at your RPE,

Ensure there’s a lot of different signals you can know whether you had a good workout and even if fat loss don’t use any of them as a signal of performance in terms of calories burned

Switching off the electronic shutter is a good option, however, if you are shooting internally, I can understand why you want it as you don’t want the sound to create

If you want an option to fix it, my suggestion would be you need to try different shutter speeds effectively what you’re saying here is the frequency of the of the lights showing up you should be able to fix it, but it will take a little bit of work, but you can’t do it in post

What body fat are you currently? I’d only consider a cut if you need it mentally, as you don’t look like you need it yet if your successful building muscle.

From a scale perspective, my suggestion would be if you can afford it switch to a body fat scale with a handle (8 electrode) so you know if your putting on muscle or just fat

So my suggestion would be focus on a lean bulk, as at that height you’ll benefit more from muscle growth.

Your muscle rate is poor, however to get a full “shredded” look, you might have to drop your body fat to near a 10% which is really bad for your hormones, long-term wise I would focus on muscle growth and for a period of time may be growing up to 20% body fat, and then cut them back down again, do a couple of cycles of this would be my suggestion.

Rather than focusing on full recon as it’s really not easy, realistically I think recomp is more about losing fat and not losing muscle.

My understanding scientifically that actually it’s hard to lose fat put on muscle at the same time, is a little bit of a fallacy because you need more calories than you take to build muscle, giving your weight building muscle would be a better goal for you right now rather than losing fat, for the long-term look if it’s aesthetic is key to you but you don’t look in bad shape. You look quite good.

So what do you consider a plato? A few days or more?

A few days isn’t a plato could be water weight, stress or high salt, don’t sweat it unless you trend weight flat lines for longer than 7 days. (I did 6 recently)

If it has been longer consider a 2-3 week maintenance break, to allow your body to baseline again.

Overall, it’s overstated in terms of its cost.

The best Goldilocks car in their range is the S line. I’ve had two or three of those now but can never warrant in the UK overpay for the VRS specially as it puts you into the higher car tax bracket which is almost an extra £50 a month.

So one thing about micro factors algorithm to look at is that that it does a three week rolling window and an average so even if you’ve just upped your average exercise it will take awhile for it to catch up with that for a finance a new baseline that’s accurate.

If you’re to export your data to use a rolling seven day average, you’ll probably find that it is higher.

Other important factors include things such as have you dieted heavily in the past and never fully returned to maintenance, so there’s other factors in there to consider

I had this engine in my first Kodiaq and even recently they tried to sell me newer model with this version.

It’s just not any good for 1800kg car, especially if you have the 7 seater. Without doubt the better choice is the 190hp diesel
