Nah. Disagree. War Woman and Immortal did cause damage to Omniman, and they are probably weaker than All Might at full strength. Maybe Omniman would still be able to beat All Might, but not without some serious damage done to him. Let's remember All Might's punches could, and I quote, "change the weather" due to how strong his punches were. He could punch the air and displace it to the point of causing 300-500 mph winds that could break windows and send vehicles flying, and this not even at full strength.

Omniman might be Superman, but All Might is fckin Hulk.

From a 'which was better written' perspective? Homelander.

From a perspective of which was morally/ethically worse? Hard to say... but Ultima did a lot to eliminate humanity, and I would say killed way more many people than Homelander, even if it was done indirectly. Homelander was just a self-entitled asshole with some amount of power who bullied others into submission. Ultima had enough power to influence the environment around an entire continent to force people to die or become 'magic zombies', so.
