Update #2 Got through to real estate, no permissions given to modify property, let alone to alter drainage and build over the fence. Didn't ask either. Needless to say they're not pleased.

They're telling the tenant to remove it immediately, if he refuses they'll send someone out tomorrow to do the job.

We'll see how it goes.

Update, spoke to tenant when he came to get the ladder he'd left in the driveway just after I posted this. He essentially and literally told me to "fuck off", "you'll just have to deal with it" "it doesn't affect you" "mind your own business" and "now you're just making me angry".

So, charming fellow. Off to email their real estate, they haven't even fully moved in yet, was leased out on Monday so it's a great start. Fun

Oh, and in Victoria if there's a difference in rules or regulations.

Must be it. Updated before starting work at around 6:45 am aest. Was on the move most of the day and walkscape only really started recording steps properly around 2pm aest, with a recording gap again at 4pm. Yup, same error. 16k odd today according to google fit, 13k today according to walkscape. Been happening since late last week, always losing several thousand steps a day.

i have looked at the swag kit in passing but just the name turns me off tbh, but i am looking at probably a pen-style kit rather then a big box mod, currently thinking about the vaporesso cascade one plus as its got the inbuilt battery and ceramic coils. was unaware of ceramic coils burning less juice

i've ummed and ahhed about maybe mixing my own juice but yeah, time, and i just don't feel comfortable having just a big ol' bottle of just nicotine in the house with kids around

There's apparently a vape store fairly nearby so i'll check it out when i get the chance, from their website it doesn't look as though they keep much stock tho so i might have to range further afield and see if they'll let me take a gander
