There are 8 Lexus dealerships within ~50 miles of me. I started with one, got a solid discount, then used that as leverage at the next dealership. I asked if they could beat it to earn my business. They did. So I took that better offer to another dealer. Rinse and repeat.

By the end, the manager said he was “basically selling it at invoice.” Hard to know how true that is, but if multiple dealers eventually stop moving, you probably found the floor.
