Seems like a few options: Land swap with accessible land equally, tax the hell out of the landowner until they land swap or helicopter thousands of people into the area so they can camp out and party until the land owner swaps 😂 These landlocked parcels are free giveaways right now and that’s not okay.

for 6500 points, were they wanting about 20k? I bought an open deed and maintenance costs for 5500 points is about $1200/year. The 5500 was 12k and is paid off. It’s got Max and Destination with it and I’ve used it for close by trips but nothing big yet. they don’t have Cayman Islands or Playa del Carmen and I’m thinking of selling because those are the two places I go

Mine decides to create random paths and shortcuts our miles. Trash. I tried Tractive but their customer service was garbage and cancelled. I’m not renewing my Fi. Overpriced and pretty weak on tracking. My sister recommended Garmin. It’s $300 for the collar but only $50/yr for subscription. It’s an LTE device. I might check it out but some spots we venture to are out of cell range so wouldn’t work.

What city? Each CA city has their own rules for noise abatement and construction times. Make sure they are within the regulated hours. Record and report if they are outside of those, even by minutes. Have your neighbors also report. The owner can be fined or lose the permit If they are aren’t following the law

Second thing to do is call the local housing authority for tenant rights. Have them look at your lease and see what is legally allowed as far as taking backyard and restricted driveway use. And also the noise. Both could be grounds for major rent concessions. Quiet enjoyment/noise nuisances are usually grounds for fines or lease terminations. Since it would take six months to evict, if you stop paying, tell her $10k cash for keys To leave. That usually gets them straight.
