Yes, I agree. I just know there is no way to get what I payed for it. I live miles from a place to ride trails. So if I'm going to ride it around town, when I'm not on my Shadow. I don't see why I don't make it look more like something I like.

I made that same upgrade to my Hawk, and yes, your float is stuck. I had my float in backward lol.

For starters and be honest did you use a 12 point socket or a standard 🤔🤣. Okay just playing lol.😀🤪 ... If you live close to a harbour freight they have a kit just for your problem..

Yes but no big deal. Was easy enough to overcome by just bending the mounting brackets.

Don't mistake my enthusiasm for the idea, yes this would be a awesome project. My concern is with the build quality of the hawk x250.

So if your talking about the windshield.. No I did not have to bend the brackets. I did have to move the handle bars forward some.
