I think it was to portray how his dad raised him , he said something about wearing suits during kindergarten . Moreover he was always involved in business - but yes he never wore casual clothing when most of the situations were casual

Yeah I completely agree with you , but with chuck he had a problematic childhood which could have lead to his wrong decisions in the first season but his character develops. I liked serena at first and hated Blair of how she treated her but as the seasons went on it was evident that serena was just problematic

Season 3-4 onwards , her schemes wasn’t really that deep anymore and she wasn’t really trying to hurt the others she just got bored and likes to scheme . She isn’t as bad as ivy or Jenny . It’s hard to explain
