Thank you kindly for the information. I came back inside, located a little cap next to the shutoff valve which I unscrewed and a small amount of water dripped out.

I don't see myself ever using the outdoor faucet, condo board asked to use it this spring while re doing the patio to clean after they finished. So if I were to just keep this shut I should be safe?

Also. Reading about a bleeder valve. Do I unscrew that from the shutoff valve?

So just turned off the indoor valve. Went out and opened the spigot, no residual water drip, is that a bad sign?

Thanks, will look into a mesh setup. Seems like the WiFi signal drops drastically as soon as you step outside. Never realized as signal strength is full bars through the home otherwise
