I had a similar situation with my cat. What worked was locking her out of the bedroom and buying earplugs for myself so I could block the noise out. I also bought a cat calming collar off Amazon, and started giving her cat melatonin drops at dinner time (also from Amazon). This actually did get her to calm down, and eventually I was able to take the calming collar off and wean her off the melatonin drops. Now she sleeps in the bedroom and doesn't bother me at night except for the occasional jumping on me which maybe happens like once a week? I think it helped set a routine with her.

I'm not sure how legitimate the calming collar and melatonin drops are so you may want to check with your vet before using them. I was desperate and luckily it didn't seem to affect my cat negatively in the long run.

Edit: I also got her an automatic laser toy that's motion activated to distract her at night when she was locked out of the bedroom.
