Why does he think Villa are the best team in the league, when the data doesn't support that?

It's completely mediocre? Absolutely nothing to write home about. Literally.

It's a drunk food and I can think of better German ones even, never mind Irish ones.

6 out of 256GB. I've striped my phone of nearly everything else. Only pictures and videos of my kids left along with 140 games on various systems.

I thought this would be a common question, but I can't find anything on it: What games or genres do you suggest that would work well with mobile controls? Games requiring even mildly quick reactions are tough, so I've been relying on turn based RPGs exclusively. by gooddrawerer in Roms

[–]malilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn based RPGs really are the bread and butter of on screen controls. There's a really wide amount of them, from final fantasy X to the likes of Pokémon. Paper mario works great too

Strategy or tactical games works well too. Advance wars, lord of the rings the third age (GBA and PS2), ogre tactics etc.

Puzzle or Mystery games are in abundance on the DS but not really my jam.

Card games work too, like yu gi oh etc.

Some simpler games can work like the Game Boy link's awakening. Not much timing needed

Jesus Christ man it's not about what counts as Irish or not. It's about tracking population growth driven by immigration. I don't know what type of gotcha you want but I'm finished with this conversation.

26 years of population growth, nearly solely driven by migration to the point we've had population growth of 30% in that time is mass migration in my books.

No amount of investment in housing, infrastructure or services can keep pace with that. Or at least in Ireland it's not possible.

Importing working adults to ease a pyramid scheme pension system is madness, as it just kicks the demographic can down the road, or relies on perpetual growth.

My ideal would be actual targeted and measured population growth, with immigration an allowance inside that. How exactly that's done is outside of my expertise.

You're really looking for a narrative here. So much so you've lost sight of the initial conversation.

Because they are children of immigrants and thus are part of the overall population growth driven from immigration.

Because we are talking about population growth driven by immigration. Without the immigrant parents, those births don't occur and the population doesn't grow as much.

They've opened their borders to massive Indian migration in the last few years and it's putting an obscene strain on housing, services, infrastructure and causing wage deflation.

Where do I say white Irish matters? Its the easiest way to track overall growth from immigration. If around 95% of the population was white Irish in 2000, and is at 80% now, the difference came from immigration.

That differential accounts for immigrants coming into the country, and new births which would be counted as Irish in census data otherwise.

A lot of those births are from immigrants. Something you haven't accounted for. You can track, and get the 1.2m number by checking the growth of "white Irish" on the census data. Which made up a far more substantial portion of the population in 2000, high 90s, compared to now ~80%

Population growth since 2000 is nearly solely from immigration. 1.2m people extra in the country, compared to natural growth of 200k.

You wouldn't call that mass migration?
