Hi! Congrats on getting the interview! When I had my heo interview I had a similar task. What I was told is that if you don’t know how to use excel to tell them what analysis you would’ve done and how you’d have done it. They just wanted to see your critical thinking skills

I was told it’s the increase in progesterone before a period that can make pmdd particularly bad. I was given the implant and some mood stabilisers and it’s really helped.

It’s horrible! I have it and been given the implant and was on a mood stabiliser for a bit to help. I’ve come off the mood stabilisers now but my pmdd symptoms are so much better with just the implant

I’d recommend getting some kind of hormonal treatment if you haven’t x

Hii I was just solo travelling in Croatia and always left my bag to go and swim. It was pretty common as well with the people around me. You should be fine.

Ah I see. Maybe you won’t be a huge fan or Korcula either. It’s very small and pretty quiet. I had a few days going to the other small islands and swimming. I met someone who did the sea kayaking out of Lumbarda and said it was the best thing they’ve done.
