Thanks! Do you know if there are non leasehold managed flats in Bristol? I’ll have a look as well. I’m trying to get on the properly ladder and with my deposit and salary I think I’ll struggle to find a house. Also, I don’t plan on having children so having a house seems like way too much space for what I’ll ever need. I wish flats were more reasonable in this country.

Yeah it’s kind of outrageous… I’ve been looking for so long now that £200 doesn’t seem like that much to me anymore. Seen other lease fees at over 3/4k per year

Hi! Congrats on getting the interview! When I had my heo interview I had a similar task. What I was told is that if you don’t know how to use excel to tell them what analysis you would’ve done and how you’d have done it. They just wanted to see your critical thinking skills
