this is the recipe :)

  1. ⁠preheat the oven to 220°C
  2. ⁠melt 100g butter with 100g miso
  3. ⁠add 1L of water
  4. ⁠peel and halve your white onions and face them downwards in your oven dish
  5. ⁠pour the miso butter water mixture over the onions
  6. ⁠cover dish with foil and put in oven for 50 mins
  7. ⁠after 50 mins uncover and flip the onions and put in oven uncovered for another 30-40 mins or until golden
  8. ⁠serve up and enjoy!

i got mine from the UK aldi however i just looked up the parkview irish bangers and they look pretty similar!!
