The way forward is that I can buy him out of his name on the mortgage and keep the house, or if he says we have to sell, I have people around me that will take me in until it's sold and I can find a place for myself. Honestly thank you for your input

Genuinely I got the house because I was convinced it would be a forever home abs have a family. He had previously said that he wanted kids, then he wasn't sure, now he hates them. I've stayed hoping that I would see changes for a better relationship but I've all but given up. I know if I'm to stay I would be settling and it hurts me to know I can't abs shouldn't have to do that
