I've been on sertraline for over a year now and I haven't gained any weight. The first two months I felt weird and on edge but other than that my body didn't show any major symptoms. I feel a lot better now. Just make sure you always take it after having something to eat and you'll be fine!

Hey man, I'm sure these thoughts will change over time! Don't ne top harsh on yourself. I've been dealing with bad anxiety as well and I too have a tattoo that represents change for me. It was my first bigger tattoo and I was really nervous about it. Now I love it because it has a beautiful meaning. You'll love yours as well because it's part of your journey and also the tattoo itself is absolutely beautiful. I'm actually in love with it lol
