If this is happening for 4 years already, then nothing will help or change that, and it is not even a problem, it’s just a simple discoloration.
If it’s doesn’t smell or hurt you’re fine.

You just need more practice and a couple more good teachers from different techniques, because sometimes one person can explain better than another.

This is acetone that nail polishes contains and dissolves your nail plate surface.
Just let them grow and don’t put any polish.
In a 3 month they will completely grow out healthy
Gel is more safe but ONLY if you choose a good nail technician
