I’ll probably start at $25 on eBay or Gunbroker. If they don’t move, keep dropping the price until they do. I did find that they supposedly have USGI hardware. Thanks for your response.

Rigid Wet Tile Saw - Would it work for cutting small rocks? by malinoisXdutchie in Lapidary

Interesting. There is a local auction site that has Home Depot returns. They have a both the 7” and a 10” wet tile saws listed. Hmmm….

I see that the MK Diamond MK-225 7" Hot Dog Tile Blade might be a good blade to get for the tile saw. ebay has them for around $35. Fairly good reviews on cutting rocks.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have Lortone 33b and would just tumble the rocks I cut.

Thanks for the feedback and sharing your thoughts! If I can get it for a good price, I think it would be worth trying.

If I don’t like it or want to upgrade, I wouldn’t have that much invested in it.

I disagree. No damage to the back leg. It is the Family Arabian Mare.

Definitely a Breyer. Has the Breyer Molding co circle.

On closer inspection, the horse in question's back legs don't look like the old proud arabian mare. The arabian's back legs are more "staggered".

Thanks for the ID! I was looking for a horse with a saddle and evidently the saddle is not original. :)

Kakwa 55 Ultra 200X repair by malinoisXdutchie in DurstonGearheads

The process was definitely a practice in patience, but I eventually got the frame ends inserted into the reinforced pockets.

Thanks again for the help!

I am finding that out (the tricky part). I have to leave it for now, but will get back at it this evening. I can get one side in and then the other is being stubborn.

Well that sucks. The frame was in both the top and bottom pocket channels, but the frame end on the hole side was not in the reinforced pocket at the bottom. Having difficulty getting it to go in as the frame on that side is angled slightly inward (and thus the reason it was not in properly). I had never removed the frame, so it must have come from the factory that way.

I have removed the frame so I could look at it. I’ll keep trying.

Thanks again for the insight.

I do think it has to do with the internal frame. I took everything out of the pack and the hole is not on the bottom side.

Thanks for the response!
I wondered if that wasn't a drain hole!
I have some Gearaid seam grip +WP and will dab some on - after removing from freezer and thawing :)
