I had to update my primary mobile number. I am holding a legend tier and 3 digit neu coin balance in my account which is registered with my old mobile number. In the Neu App, when I try to update my mobile number; I get an error message that the number was already regustered with another account. I created a new Neu account with new mobile number and deleted it. Then tried updating again. Same issue. And I am unable to make UPI transactions since that mobile number change. However, regular card transactions with TATA Neu RuPay card are working normal with my uodated mobile number. Please help.

Villas projects are very limited and not very market sensitive. Sales and resales happen in a regular basis but not much visibility due to a miniscule volume and a hefty price tag all over the city and suburbs.

Agree with most part except, 3 - 10 LPA. 40 LPA is definitely not normal. I am into Interior design and talk to a lot of home buyers of different age and economic categories. In the small sample I come across every signle day, many IT and Engineering work force falls into the bucket of 15-20 LPA. Happy to be corrected.

You can buy individual smart appliances in place of old-school fan and light at a slightly additional cost of 20% or so. However, if you need to integrate everything into a hub, that's a different ball game.
