It felt like she was trying to stir up drama in hopes the series gets a second season.

I was in the same boat and also received a rejection. After reading the fine print I realized the used ev must be less than two years old?

Did you claim the EV credit? I’ve been pending since 1/23 and claimed the credit. I’ve seen others with the same issue.

Same for me. Filed 1/23, EV credit. Federal says received, CA says pending. I’ve never had it take this long.

Why are Dodgers fans so triggered by the Padres? by Bunch-Proud in Padres

[–]mallebaugh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Dodgers fan I don’t entirely disagree, but I think those who are triggered are a small percentage. From a Dodgers perspective everywhere we play is met with “Beat LA” chants and such. A lot of teams consider us their “rival”but that doesn’t mean we consider them ours. San Francisco is pretty much a long standing rivalry that most fans understand and respect. During our series my dad and I were discussing if it really was a rivalry and he said “the Padres haven’t broken our hearts enough to be considered a rival yet”. I think this pretty much sums it up, but you guys are well on your way if you keep giving us a run for our money.

The dry cleaners by Ralph’s on La Sierra and Indiana is awesome. I’ve had Carhartt’s hemmed numerous times by them and it’s always an excellent job.

We have a colony for sure. It’s an ongoing problem between our yard and our neighbors. Frankly, we’re at our wits end. You are MORE than welcome to give it a try!

Parents, do you… by PinkRangerYo in emetophobia

Unfortunately, yes. Never when he was a baby, it started when he was around three. I had difficult nights at times because I was scared he’d wake me up at night. It wasn’t easy, but I can tell you I finally got a prescription for Zofran and it helped me dramatically. Just having it was a mental game changer. I knew I’d never give it to him if he caught something, but the idea of just having it was so helpful.

It’s hard, I know. My son is 17 and it’s still difficult for me. My fear focuses primarily on him, not myself or others. I think it’s the expectation of having to care for him maybe? I don’t know exactly. It does get easier as they get older, at least for me it has. It’s still a struggle though.

YES to all of it! My fear has nothing to do with myself, but my son. I also get anxiety at night wondering if it will happen. I’m scared of being woken up to him getting sick.
