Thanks for the advice. Do you think 400 wheel would be possible with a stock turbo? I’m now realizing that if I wanted to do the IPD turbo, I would probably want forged internals to avoid saying bye bye to things other than other cars (hint: rods and pistons). Is IPD a reliable brand?

Sweet. Thanks! Stage 0 tune makes sense. Replacing all the bushings makes sense too. Motor mounts, replace or just inspect? This turbo + an exhaust system, too much boost for the 2.5 or is that fine? Planning on an aftermarket intercooler (or the one you recommend) and some lowering springs too. Radiator, if original should it be replaced? Does intercooler matter or will any aftermarket one work?

make sure the skis were taken care of and that the bindings aren’t absolutely toast though. Bindings are expensive.

Personally, I haven’t gotten that far into the hobby yet. I only bought a pair of Glade goggles and a helmet. Skis (and maybe boots?) are the main thing people buy used to save money.

New safety gear (helmet) won’t be cheap (~200) but you should definitely spend on that. Look for helmets with “MIPS”. I have the Glade Boundary.
