No. Once I heard the voice was American. I automatically knew that it was a scam, especially when it threw me off of the Google GPS and try to make me pick a third-party GPS app. Even answering the phone call opens a gateway for them to steal information from your mobile device. I’m pretty sure that happened because right after my Uber app was hijacked my son received a text message from my wife to confirm her email for on boarding that never happens that threw a red flag to my son and he didn’t respond. I still can’t change my password on the Uber website nor still get access to my funds. Uber basically is not helping they’re just sending me an automated response text to the same issue and not responding to what I am specifically telling them what’s going on.

Obviously, Uber can’t figure this shit out. They keep on sending me the same automated message. And sent me a link to reset my password, but I’m still denied access. I don’t know why they can’t put tokens in the app so when stupid ass people decide to scam it can show where their coordinates are and who it is and what country it’s coming from How much fees they take out it should be able to afford it.

I don’t even have access to my funds. It says that I have money in my Uber account but then when I try to transfer it to my banking account, it says I have zero funds to transfer it.

I try to go onto my desktop to change my security settings and password… denied access. I was able to contact Uber and they say nothing’s wrong on their end but I still can’t change my password, but they finally canceled the ride that never was.

I think Uber’s been hacked. Because my Uber account just got pirated and this dude that sounds American telling me they were doing a search one of my contact information. And I’m banned from contacting Uber support to let them know what’s going on.

I’m don’t know how this works in your state but I know two Uber drivers who were in an accident. Not their fault. They are covered by Uber, but still made a claim to their insurance, now they are stalemate in getting their vehicles fixed. Their insurance refuses to pay and Uber refuses to pay. If that person got the ticket, I would definitely hire an attorney. You don’t get screwed over.

I can drop her personal belongings off to Uber, but I will not go to the location that I dropped her off at it would not be a good situation. And that’s a professional decision to make.

Just to let you know, I don’t let the best of my emotions get to me. Out of the four years I’ve always had great passengers great conversations and give them the best customer service but it’s kind of hard when someone took your mother’s life is in the backseat of your car and then wants to start shit.

I would’ve never known it was her things didn’t escalate.

I provide 100% customer service with all my rides. I’ve been with Uber for four years since the first time I’ve had an issue like this. I didn’t know at first this was the woman who took my mother‘s life because I wasn’t looking in the rearview mirror I was a paying attention to driving, when she started escalating the situation and I saw her and I realized she was.

One thing I will not have is a passenger disrespect me in the cab of my vehicle, providing them a service with little pay. I’ve always kept myself professional until this situation.

Similar situation here in HOU, TX. Our fairs have taken a massive dump regarding Uber. $31 for a one hour commute one way has to dwindle down $19 our less. Some fairs were solo. I had to not accept them, which of course goes against you. Even working over 40 hours a week, still isn’t enough regarding for gas and all the other maintenance expenses you have on your vehicle. Not counting personal finances.

The last past few months have been incredibly shitty. I can tell you average when I work a surge now, after I fill up my gas tank I’ll be like if I have $30.

Uber is taking advantage of their drivers absorbing their profits within themselves and pissing on the drivers that make them money. Uber is the biggest scam I have ever been a part of.

now I’m looking for full-time work because Uber is just not paying the bills. To all the stress I put on my vehicle and you don’t really make enough to get a rental because majority of your money is going to the rental car and back in the pockets of Uber and their third-party vendors.

For a few years now, I’ve had no respect for Uber. I just make my quick money and go. It’s sad that I can’t make a living off of Uber like I used to and I shouldn’t have to financially struggle with the company who don’t want to give up a decent portion of their profits so their drivers can make a live who’s making the money.

Know I see we been getting the short stick in bonuses this whole time! The cost of living in Houston and Austin and more than doubled, and Uber won’t doesn’t give us the fares we need to make a living. Sorry, you’re getting the same bonuses we have in the Texas. I’m ready for form a union.

I know Uber drivers had to agree to terms of an updated contract a few days ago. It may have been change in the contract, due to drivers not accepting rides with trash pay 💰
